General Questions

Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time, but all payments that have already been placed are non-refundable.

How Can I Become A Speaker?

You can either talk to the leadership of the chapter you wish to speak at or you can fill out a speaker request form!

Can I Start My Own Chapter?

Yes, members are free to start their own chapter so longs as they meet our requirements. New chapters must have at least 15 members, a set meeting time, and a set location or host.

How Do I Win MOTM?

Member of the Month is determined based on attendance, outside meetings, referrals, and number of people you invite to join TNT.

What If We're a Nonprofit?

At this time, we don’t offer any special prices for registered nonprofit organizations. Speak with our board of directors for more help!

What If I Miss Too Many Meetings?

We have an attendance policy that all members must follow. Absences and tardies are reset every 6mos. If you need extended leave, you can request it from your member dashboard.

Is There a Waiting List If My Category Is Taken?

There is a waiting list. Spots will be given out on a first come basis for categories. If we need to fill an open spot, the person who is in the correct category that has been there the longest amount of time will be contacted first. They will be given 7 days to put in their application and pay before the next person in the category is contacted.

What If I Can't Afford Membership

We have a few payment options that are sure to meet even the smallest budgets. A membership advisor will go over this with you in person if needed.

Can I Get A Refund?

No, all payments that have already been posted are final and no refunds will be given. If you cancel your membership part way through a billing cycle, you may still attend meetings for the remainder of your paid term.

What Does Category Exclusive Mean?

Each chapter will only accept one person from a specific category. For example, if you are the realtor for your chapter, they can’t have another member that offers the same service as you.

What If I Over Services In Categories That Are Taken?

If a category is taken by another member, we just ask that you don’t talk about that service when you give your 60 Second Commercial.

If I Offer Services In a Recently Opened Category, Can I fill It?

You may need to speak with leadership. Usually we ask that you let it be filled by another member, but there may be exceptions.

What If I Need To Change Chapters?

You can fill out a chapter change request.

Why Was My Application Not Approved?

Talk to membership. It may have not been accepted for a number of reasons.
